Denise L Ramos

Ramos has been in her present position since 2011, after serving as SVP and CFO. Prior to ITT she was CFO for Furniture Brands International and SVP and corporate treasurer at Yum! Brands Inc. Denise Ramos is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITT. She is responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting for the global multi-industry company, as well as communication to the investment community. As a member of the company's Strategic Council, Ramos also helps set the company's strategic direction. Prior to joining ITT, Ramos was Chief Financial Officer of Furniture Brands International, where she was instrumental in designing corporate strategy. Her prior experience includes five years at Yum! Brands, Inc. in Louisville, Kentucky, where she was Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Yum! and Chief Financial Officer for KFC.
