Ralph F Hake

Mr. Hake was Chairman and Chief Executive of Maytag Corporation from June of 2001 to March of 2006. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Fluor Corporation, an engineering and construction firm. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Hake served in various executive capacities at Whirlpool Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President for global operations. He is also a director of Owens-Corning Corporation. Mr. Hake is a 1971 business and economics graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Hake has been a Director of ITT since 2002.
