Thomas J. Hook, Tom serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of PETNET Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Hook has been Chief Executive Officer of Greatbatch, Inc. (since Wilson Greatbatch Technologies Inc.) at Electrochem Commercial Power, Inc. since August 2006 and has been its President since May 31, 2005. Mr. Hook served as Senior Vice President of CTI Molecular Imaging Inc. and President of CTI Services, Inc. since July 2002. Mr. Hook served as General Manager of Global Functional and Molecular Imaging with GE Medical Systems from March 2000 to July 2002. Mr. Hook founded VanOwen Group Acquisition Company in Dallas, Texas and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Hook served as Manufacturing Manager for Duracell USA, Inc. From 1987 to 1991, Mr. Hook was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy where he served as a Nuclear Engineer on the USS Abraham Lincoln. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Hook worked for the Van Owen Group Acquisition Company and earlier, Duracell, Inc. He has been Director of Greatbatch, Inc. since May 2006 and serves as a Director of IntElect Medical, Inc. and Central Radiopharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a Member of the board of trustees of St Bonaventure University. Mr. Hook completed his Nuclear Engineering training at the Navy Nuclear Power School. Mr. Hook holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University, his Masters degree (MA) in Chemistry from State University of New York at Buffalo, and his Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
