William T Torgerson

William T. Torgerson has been Vice Chairman of the Company since June 1, 2003 and has been Chief Legal Officer of the Company since March 15, 2008. From August 1, 2002 to March 14, 2008, he was General Counsel of the Company. From August 1, 2002 to June 2003, he was also Executive Vice President of the Company. He has been a director of the Company since May 21, 2004.
