Chris Dunstan has over 25 years of corporate, executive and turnaround management experience in over 10 countries across industries spanning from food production, industrial products, consumer products, cable and media services , to manufacturing. Before founding C T Dunstan LLC, he was the largest shareholder of a food processor and distribution company. Prior to that, he served as EVP and CFO of Rich Products Corporation, a $2 billion global food manufacturer; EVP, CFO and Treasurer of Adelphia Cable Corporation, a public company, where he restored financial stability; SVP and CFO of Sentry Group, a private company, in the global firesafe business; Vice Chairman, EVP and CFO of Trico Products, a global public company, a leader in automotive wiper systems; VP Finance, Treasurer, Director of Strategic Planning for Schlegel Corporation, a global private, an innovator in dynamic perimeter seals for the building, industrial and automotive markets; a CPA for KPMG/Peat Marwick and Sales Manager for General Electric Credit Corporation. He serves on The John R. Oishei Foundation Board of Directors, Western New York's largest private foundation with over $231 million in assets where he chairs the Investment Committee and the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester where he sits on the Executive Advisory Committee and Dean's Council. He has also served on the boards of Blue Shield of Western New York, The Easter Seals, The Botanical Society of Buffalo. Mr, Dunstan has a BA, cum laude, in Social Psychology from the University of Rochester and a MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Simon Graduate School of Business where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. He also undertook graduate studies at Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Married for 31 years, he has two daughters. He is an avid golfer, voracious reader and less than proficient musician.
