Frank K Ross

Frank K. Ross is retired managing partner for the mid-Atlantic Audit and Risk Advisory Services Practice and managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office of the accounting firm KPMG LLP, positions he held from July 1, 1996 to December 31, 2003. He is currently a Visiting Professor of Accounting at Howard University, Washington, D.C. and the Director of its Center for Accounting Education. He is a director of Cohen & Steers Mutual Funds and serves as a director of 22 of these Funds. Mr. Ross serves on The Greater Washington, D.C. Urban League, Howard University Math and Science Middle School and The Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund boards. He has been a director of the Company since May 21, 2004.
