He is the president of the Josh and Judy Weston Family Foundation of Montclair. He serves on the governing boards of International Rescue Committee, New Jersey Symphony, New Jersey Business Partnership, Liberty Science Center, Mountainside Hospital, Boys Town of Jerusalem and Yeshiva University Business School, among others. He received an honorary degree from MSU in 1997. Weston joined ADP in 1970, served as CEO form 1982 to 1996, and retired as Chairman in 1998. The company had 164 consecutive quarters of double-digit EPS growth. ADP currently is one of only six US companies with a triple-A credit rating. Weston’s current corporate boards include Gentiva Health Services and J.Crew. His active pro bono boards include Committee for Economic Development (CED), Business Executives for National Security (BENS), Atlantic Health System (three hospitals), International Rescue Committee (IRC), Liberty Science Center (N.J.), N.J. Performing Arts Center, United Nations Association, WNET/Channel 13 (public TV), and Yeshiva University. Weston’s past affiliations include National Commission to Restructure the IRS, NJ Business Partnership, NJ Quality Education Commission, Outward Bound, Tri-State United Way, and the President’s Task Force to Improve Health Care Delivery for Veterans. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from City College of NY, a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of New Zealand, and five honorary doctorate degrees. Weston is married with four children. He served in the US Navy from 1952-53. He and his wife, Judy, reside in Montclair, N.J.
