Barbara Bass

BARBARA BASS has been a Starbucks director since January 1996. Since 1993, Ms. Bass has been the president of the Gerson Bakar Foundation. From 1989 to 1992, Ms. Bass was president and chief executive officer of the Emporium Weinstock Division of Carter Hawley Hale Stores, Inc. Ms. Bass also serves on the board of directors of DFS Group Limited, a retailer of luxury branded merchandise, and bebe stores, inc., a retailer of contemporary sportswear and accessories.
