Sean Gerrity

Co-founded Catalyst Consulting in 1985 with Bill Underwood and Kayla Matson. He worked full time with the organization for fifteen years in the areas of leadership training and organization development. Today Sean is the President of American Prairie Foundation (www.americanprairie.org), where he is applying the knowledge gained during his time with Catalyst towards an ambitious project to create the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states. Using the Catalyst process for creating shared vision and strategy and techniques for complex collaborations, he is engaged in a long-range effort to apply Catalyst's offerings in the world of landscape scale conservation. While on leave from the organization development teaching and consulting field, he does make time to periodically work with the American Leadership Forum (ALF) of Silicon Valley, CA.
