Leon Louw is Executive Director of the Free Market Foundation and of the Law Review Project. He has received numerous international awards, and, with his wife, Frances Kendall, has been nominated three times for the Nobel Peace Prize. Small- and micro-business and black economic empowerment have been Leon Louw’s principal interests throughout his professional life. He co-authored After apartheid: The solution for South Africa (ICS Press, 1987) and Let the people govern (Amagi Publications, 1989).
