Mr. David E. Meador, also known as Dave has been Vice Chairman & Chief Administrative Officer of DTE Energy Company since December 30, 2013. Mr. Meador served as the Chief Financial Officer of DTE Energy Company from May 31, 2001 to December 31, 2013 and also served as its Executive Vice President since June 2004. Mr. Meador was responsible for Investor Relations, Treasury, Business Taxes and Financial Forecasting & Accounting for DTE Energy. Additionally, he oversaw the supply chain management and facilities functions. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director at The Detroit Edison Company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Manager of Detroit Edison Securitization Funding LLC. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Detroit Edison Co. Mr. Meador served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Michigan Consolidated Gas Co. Mr. Meador served as Senior Vice President of Michigan Consolidated Gas Co. He served as Senior Vice President at Detroit Edison Co. He served as Michigan's Senior Vice President. He served as a Senior Vice President of Dte Energy Co. since May 31, 2001. He joined DTE Energy in 1997 as Vice President and Controller. Mr. Meador served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer. He served in a variety of financial and accounting positions at Chrysler Corp. for 14 years, and served as an Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. He serves as a Director of Michigan Consolidated Gas Co. He has been a Director of Landauer Inc. since August 29, 2008. He serves as a Director of DTE Electric Company (formerly The Detroit Edison Company). He serves on the boards of The Detroit Institute of Arts and the Investment Committee of the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the MACPA, AICPA, FEI and Working Council of CFO's. Mr. Meador earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master of business administration degree from Wayne State University.
