Sherman M Wolff

Sherman M. Wolff has been a director since 2007. Prior to his retirement in 2006, he served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Health Care Service Corporation, which provides health and life insurance products and related services as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Illinois, New Mexico and Oklahoma. He held various positions with that company from 1991 until his retirement. He currently serves as director of Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation. He previously served as a director of EGL, Inc. from 2006 to 2007.
