Michael E Shannon

Michael E. Shannon has been a director since 2003. He has been President of MEShannon & Associates, Inc., a private firm specializing in corporate financial advisory services and investments, since 2000. He served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Ecolab, Inc. (a specialty chemical company) from 1996 until his retirement in January 2000. Prior to that, he held senior management positions with Ecolab, Inc., Republic Steel Corporation and Gulf Oil Corp. Mr. Shannon is a director of NACCO Industries, Inc. He previously served as a director of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. from 1998 to 2007 and The Clorox Company from 2001 to 2007.
