In Dec. 2020, as Chairman of the Arizona Senate Judiciary Committee, Eddie Farnsworth issued the subpoena of Maricopa County voting machines and software triggering the 2021 Maricopa County Audit. DeWayne Farnsworth's children, Tyrell and Tyler Farnsworth, work for Tyler Bowyer at TPUSA. Their company, Visual Impulse, has a contract with TPUSA for content creation and videography. DeWayne Farnsworth and Senator Andy Biggs are brothers-in-laws, each marrying one of Shirley Whitlock's daughters.
