Bea Dieringer served for 44 years as a deputy district attorney with Los Angeles County, beginning in 1980. In 2013, she was elected to the Rolling Hills City Council after running on issues related to public safety, crime prevention, legal oversight, and city governance. Her campaign emphasized her experience in law enforcement, litigation, and ordinance drafting. Dieringer has since served on the City Council and has held the position of mayor. In 2025, she was recognized by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for her decades of public service.
