Ron Riggs is a Torrance Planning Commissioner and long-time real estate broker with more than three decades of experience in the South Bay real estate market. A Torrance resident and small business owner since the early 1990s, Riggs has been active in local civic and educational organizations and previously served as vice president of the El Camino College Foundation Board. He has also run for local office, including Torrance mayor in 2018 and the Torrance Unified School District Board of Education in 2020.
