Fortress Investment Group's Co-CEO and managing partner Josh Pack has died, according to the company. He was 51. Fortress — which oversees $53 billion in assets, according to its website — announced the news to colleagues and investors on Monday, Sept. 29 2025. Pack previously attended the U.S. Air Force Academy and received a bachelor's degree in economics from California State University, San Marcos, according to the company. He joined Fortress Credit Funds when it began back in 2002.
