Rodman W Moorhead III

Rodman W. Moorhead, III has been a director of the Company since May 1997. He is a general partner of Warburg Pincus and a Managing Director and Senior Advisor of Warburg Pincus LLC, where he has been employed since 1973. From June 1998 to present he has served as a director of Scientific Learning Corporation, a computer-based special education training company. From 1992 to present he has served as a director of Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. He is also a director of 4GL School Solutions, a data management company for schools. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from Harvard University. He and his wife, Alice, split their time between New York City, Unionville, PA and Wilson
