Peter A. Boyce II is the founder and managing partner of Stellation Capital, a pre-seed and seed venture capital firm headquartered in Brooklyn. Prior to founding Stellation, Boyce spent eight years as a partner at General Catalyst, a venture capital firm that invests in powerful, positive change that endures. He joined General Catalyst in 2013 as one of the first two investment professionals based in their NYC office. In addition to his work at GC, he also co-founded and advises Rough Draft Ventures, a program to support technology entrepreneurship on college campuses. Through his work with universities, he supports a portfolio of over 275 early stage startups founded by students and recent graduates. Boyce is a graduate of Harvard University, earning a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and a Secondary in Computer Science, with focus on Behavioral Economics & Network Theory. He grew up in New York City, where he graduated from Stuyvesant High School. He is proud to be a Ron Brown Scholar.
