Thomas K Whitford

Mr. Thomas K. Whitford, also known as Tom, served as Chief Risk Officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., from November 2009 to April 2010. Mr. Whitford served as the Chief Administration Officer and Executive Vice President of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. since May 2007. He served as Chief Risk Officer of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. from April 2002 to May 2007. He served as a Vice Chairman of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., from February 2009 to March 2013. Mr. Whitford has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He has been a Director of HSBC Finance Corp. since December 2013 and HSBC USA Inc. since July 2014. He serves as a Director at HSBC North America Holdings Inc. He serves as a Trustee/Director of various funds in the fund complex of Delaware Funds. Mr. Whitford holds M.B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts.
