Cathy Hart is vice president, corporate services, with responsibility for aviation services, corporate communications, property services, shareholder services, and the Xcel Energy Foundation. She has served on the board of directors for the Mile High Chapter of the American Red Cross, Colorado Ethics In Business, the Girl Scouts, the Mile High Council, and the Mile High United Way Cabinet in Denver. She also served as vice president, American Women of Sydney (Australia). Hart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Ohio University at Athens, and has completed the Public Utilities Executive Course at the University of Idaho and Leadership Denver.
