Andrew L Lewis IV

Andrew L. Lewis, IV served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of KRR Partners L.P. from July 1993 to 1995. Mr. Lewis has been an Independent Business Consultant since 1989 and entrepreneur providing a range of consulting services to start-up and other businesses in the areas of strategic planning, financing and marketing. From July 1993 to December 1995, Mr. Lewis was Managing Partner of KRR Partners, L.P., an investment partnership. Mr. Lewis was a Consultant for USPCI of Pennsylvania, Inc. from 1991 to 1993. He has been a Board Member and Advisor of Brynwood Partners, a privately held investment partnership that assists in the management of certain Weiss, Peck & Greer, LLC investment funds, since January 1986. He serves as Director of Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors at Independence Blue Cross, Inc. and The Philadelphia Contributionship. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Lewis served as a Director of Air Express International Corporation and from 1986 to 2000, he served as a Director of Hurco Companies Inc.; both of which companies were publicly traded and investments of Brynwood Partners I L.P. He served as an Independent Director of Regent Communications Inc. (a/k/a Townsquare Media, Inc.), from May, 2005 to April 27, 2010.
