Ann E. Gillies

Rev. Dr. Ann E. Gillies is a former trauma therapist who has devoted her later years to "unmasking the trans movement" and fighting SOGI. The Psychologists' Association of Alberta issued a factsheet about Gillies and conversion therapy in 2021. It suggested she misrepresented herself as a "doctor" and a "councillor" as she was not licensed to practice either of these. It also outlined the potential and/or actual unlawfulness of the conversion therapy that she espoused. She is an author and has several alternative media shows. She attempted to run for MP but was disqualified for her anti-LGBTQ sentiments.
