Claire W Gargalli

Former Vice Chairman, Diversified Search and Diversified Health Search Companies (executive search consultants) from 1990 to 1998. Ms. Gargalli served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Equimark from 1984 to 1990. During that period, she also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Equimark's two principal subsidiaries, Equibank and Liberty Bank. Ms. Gargalli is a director of Praxair, Inc., Virginia National Bank and BioMotion Analytics. She is also a trustee emeritus of Carnegie Mellon University and Middlebury College.
