Michael J Passarella

Mr. Passarella was an audit partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1975 until his retirement in 2002. He served as the managing partner of that firm's securities industry practice from 1983 to 1998 and was the capital markets industry global audit leader from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Passarella served as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Archipelago Holdings, Inc., from August, 2004 until its merger in March 2006 with the New York Stock Exchange. He is also a director of NYFIX, Inc. He has been a director since 2006, and his term expires in 2010.
