Maha Dakhil Jackson is veteran talent agent who reps a slew of A-list stars — Tom Cruise, Ava DuVernay, Mindy Kaling, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman and her best friend Madonna. Jackson is also the co-head of film and a board member at talent juggernaut Creative Artists Agency (CAA), is married to fellow industry heavyweight Matt Jackson, a longtime film producer An 18-year veteran of the agency, is a founding member of Time’s Up, an initiative that addresses systemic inequality and injustice in the workplace. Dakhil also serves on the boards of Baby2Baby and the UCLA Lab School. She began her career at Genesis, a literary agency. Dakhil graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in sociology.
