H William Lichtenberger

Mr. Lichtenberger has served as a Director and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee since March 2005. Mr. Lichtenberger was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Praxair, Inc. from 1992 until his retirement in 2000. From 1990 until 1992, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Union Carbide Corporation. Mr. Lichtenberger also serves as a director of Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited.
