his commenced with an Army apprenticeship in electronics specializing in RADAR (AN/TPQ 36 Mortar Locating Radar and RAPIER Surface to Air Missile Launcher) and culminated as a Senior Non-Commissioned Office (SNCO), with the later years of service as a Sergeant performing the role of Computer Support Manager at Defence National Storage and Distribution Centre (DNSDC). In the commercial enterprise, I expanded on this experience through working in a range of roles such as; Field Engineer on process control equipment with Honeywell Measurex; Electronics Team Leader with Tenix Defence and later as the Armoured Vehicles Supervisor (A Vehicles Supervisor); Electro-optical Repair Facility Supervisor with TenixToll Defence Logistics. As the A Vehicles Supervisor (October 2002 – November 2004 with Tenix Defence at Wadsworth Barracks BANDIANA, VICTORIA I lead a team of over 50 personnel (6 x team leaders and 46 Employees) consisting of Vehicle & Diesel Mechanics; Welders (heavy and light); Hydraulic Technicians; and Spray Painters to deliver the following: Currently as the Manager of the Logistic Engineering Division at XTEK Ltd. Some time ago I furthered my education through part-time studies and attained a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies through LaTrobe University Wodonga Campus. In my current role as Manager of the Logistic Engineering Divison, I am required to coordinate all aspects of workshop activities inclusive of Integrated Logistic Support services, repair and maintenance, technical data development and liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturers in support of XTEK products sold within Australia.
