ROBERT W. JONES is a Senior Advisor of Morgan Stanley, a global provider of financial services to companies, governments and investors. Mr. Jones has held various positions with Morgan Stanley since 1974, most recently serving as Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking. He has served as a director of the Company since 2007. Mr. Jones is a member of the Board's Finance Committee and Organization and Compensation Committee.
