LINDA S. HARTY has served as a Director since 2007. She is a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. She was previously Executive Vice President--Finance and Chief Financial Officer--Healthcare Supply Chain Services of Cardinal Health from March 2007 to May 2008; Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Cardinal Health from August 2006 to March 2007; Senior Vice President of Cardinal Health from January 2005 to August 2006; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RTM Restaurant Group (restaurant franchisee group) from July 2003 to January 2005.
