ROBERT J. KOHLHEPP has served as a Director since 2002. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Kohlhepp has been Vice Chairman of Cintas Corporation (uniform rental) since July 2003 and has been a Director of Cintas since 1979.
