GIULIO MAZZALUPI has served as a Director since 1999. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee. Now retired, Mr. Mazzalupi was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Atlas Copco AB (industrial manufacturing) in Sweden until July 2002.
