Robert Lee

Mr. Robert C. Lee is a Former President of Business Communications Services and Corporate Executive Vice President of Pacific Bell. He served at the company from 1972 to May 1998. Mr. Lee’s last position at Pacific Bell was that of the President of Business Communications, which he held from 1996 until his retirement in 1998. During his 26 years career at PacBell, Mr. Lee served in a variety of Senior Marketing and General Management Positions; managed groups in operations, ... sales, and marketing; and established two new subsidiaries, Pacific Bell Internet Services and Pacific Bell Network Integration. He also served as an Executive Vice President of California Market Group at Pacific Bell from 1993 to 1995. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Lee was an Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the company, where he produced revenue growth rates greater than the overall national telecommunications market. He is also a private investor and business consultant. Mr. Lee serves on the Boards and as an Advisor at several companies. He is a Director at four public companies. Mr. Lee has been a Director at Corinthian Colleges Inc. since November 1, 2006; Web.com, Inc. (formerly known as Interland Inc.) since April 1999; IAsiaWorks Inc. since February 1999; and Netopia Inc. since November 2001. He serves on the Board of Directors at CIDCO, BroadVision Inc., Blue Shield of California, and Micron Electronics. Mr. Lee is an Advisor at Athena Technology Ventures. He is also active at several non profit groups. Mr. Lee is currently the Chairman at the Committee of 100. He also serves on several community Boards, including Committee of 100, Asian Pacific Fund, and Youth Tennis Advantage. Additionally, Mr. Lee is a Member of the Board of Councilors at the USC's School of Engineering. He served as an Advisor at iAsiaWorks Inc. from May 1998 to February 1999. Mr. Lee is the Former Chairman of the Board at Youth Tennis Advantage. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California in 1970 and an M.B.A. from University of California at Berkeley in 1972.
