Bob Gray was elected Chairman of the South Dakota Republican Party in February 2009, and brings to the Party over fifteen years of political experience. Bob was elected to the State Senate in 2004 and has served as President Pro Tempore since 2007. From 1994 to 2002, he worked as an advisor and spokesperson for Attorney General Mark Barnett. He is currently a partner in Reinke Gray Wealth Management, a financial advisory firm in Pierre. Bob grew up in Piedmont, graduated from St. Martin’s Academy in Rapid City, and later earned his accounting degree from the University of South Dakota. Gray resides in Pierre with his wife Cara and their daughter and son.
