Jonathan Kanter

Jonathan Kanter is a distinguished antitrust lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, Kanter has also been a leading advocate and expert in the effort to promote strong and meaningful antitrust enforcement and competition policy. He is currently a partner at The Kanter Law Group LLP, which is a boutique antitrust law firm that advocates in favor of federal and state antitrust law enforcement. Prior to founding The Kanter Law Group, Kanter was Co-Chair of the antitrust practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison LLP. Jonathan also served as an attorney for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. Kanter earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.A. from State University of New York at Albany.
