Tana Lin has worked at Keller Rohrback LLP since 2004: first as an associate from 2004 to 2007, as a partner from 2008 to 2019, and as Of Counsel since 2020. At Keller Rohrback LLP, her practice has focused on representing employees and shareholders in consumer and antitrust litigation. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Lin was the Litigation Coordinator at the Michigan Poverty Law Program. From 1999 to 2001, she was a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Chicago District Office. From 1995 to 1999, Ms. Lin was an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice Employment Litigation Section. She began her legal career as a Staff Attorney at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia from 1991 to 1995. Ms. Lin received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1991, where she was a Root-Tilden-Snow Scholar, and her A.B., with distinction, from Cornell University in 1988.
