Since beginning his political career in his native state of Ohio, Ryan Erwin has held leadership positions on political campaigns, public affairs efforts, and ballot measures in every region of the country. A unique perspective, hands-on experience, and nationally recognized strategy and communication skills have made Ryan one of the most sought-after strategists in America. Ryan has lectured and taught at campaign seminars and forums across the country and has worked with up-and-coming leaders to develop fundraising, media, targeting and voter turnout strategies. In 1999, Ryan took the reins of the Nevada Republican Party and in less than two years took an institution in a near state of crisis, and orchestrated a turnaround that made the organization one of the model political party operations in the country. The Nevada effort lead Republican leaders to recruit Ryan to oversee the rebuilding of the largest state party organization in the country – The California Republican Party. In 2003 Ryan founded a political consulting firm and is currently President of RedRock Strategies, a national public affairs and political consulting firm that proudly represents some of the finest elected officials, candidates, organizations and companies in America. Ryan and his wife Brandi have two children, Braden and McKenna.
