Before joining RR Donnelley, Mr. McHugh served as Controller for DPL, Inc., parent company of The Dayton Power and Light Company and in a variety of senior accounting roles, including Assistant Controller, for Mirant Corporation. He began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse. Mr. McHugh was graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance from The University of Chicago, and is a certified public accountant. Mr. McHugh's predecessor, Michael J. Graham, will remain with the company for a suitable transition period, and then will leave the company to pursue a CFO opportunity elsewhere.
