Mr. Hardin served as Chief Executive Officer of Kinko's, Inc. from May 1997 until January 2001. Currently retired, Mr. Hardin held a variety of positions from 1986 to April 1997 with increasing responsibility at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., ultimately as an Executive Vice President and as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sam's Club, the wholesale division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. In addition to our Board, Mr. Hardin also serves on the Boards of Directors of American Greetings Corporation, where he serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Compensation and Management Development Committee, and Petsmart, Inc., where he serves on the Corporate Governance Committee.
