Jim L Turner

Mr. Turner currently serves as Principal of JLT Beverages. In June 2005, Mr. Turner retired from Dr Pepper/Seven Up Bottling Group, Inc., where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer since its formation in 1999. Prior to that, since 1985, he was the Owner/Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Turner Beverage Group, the largest privately owned independent bottler in the United States. Mr. Turner was a member of the Board of Directors of The Morningstar Group Inc. prior to our acquisition of that company in November 1997. Mr. Turner also serves on the Board of Directors of Crown Holdings, Inc., a manufacturer of consumer packaging products, where he serves on the Compensation Committee, and is a member of Baylor University's Board of Regents. His term will expire in 2009.
