Mr. Denomme served as Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer of Chrysler Corporation from 1994 until he retired in December 1997 and as a director of Chrysler Corporation from 1993 through 1997. He joined Chrysler Corporation in 1980 and was elected Vice President -- Corporate Strategic Planning in 1981, Executive Vice President -- Corporate Staff Group in 1991, and Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in 1993. Previously, he held a number of positions at Ford Motor Company, including Director, Marketing Policy and Strategy Office and Director, Sales Operations Planning.
