Ms. Payne has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of Taubman Centers, Inc. since 2005, prior to which she served as the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. from 1997 to 2005. She has been a Director of Taubman Centers, Inc. since 1997. Ms. Payne is a Trustee of Munder Series Trust and Munder Series Trust II, open-end management investment companies.
