Frank A Newman

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Nutrition USA, Inc., a nutrition-medicine company, since 2003 and a director since 2002. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Newman was a private investor and advisor to health care and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to 2001, Mr. Newman was in retailing for 30 years, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Eckerd Corporation, a large drug store chain, from 1993 until 2000 and as Chief Executive Officer of F&M Distributors, a drug store chain, from 1986 until 1993. He is also a Director of Jabil Circuit, Inc. and Medical Nutrition USA, Inc. and has served on the Board of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores since 1993, including as its Chairman in 1999-2000; age 59.
