Kate W Duchene

Duchene is CEO and board member of RGP, a publicly traded professional staffing and consulting firm. She held several senior leadership roles at RGP prior to being named CEO, including chief legal officer, EVP, human resources and secretary. Earlier, she practiced employment litigation for ten years at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. She is currently on the boards of the UCI Foundation and the Orange County Community Foundation.
