A J Murphy

Alice J. (A.J.) Murphy is a managing director at Silver Lake, a global private equity firm focused on technology investing. Prior to moving into private equity, Murphy was head of global capital markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). She served as Global Head of Leveraged Finance at BAML and was a partner at Goldman Sachs. Earlier in her career, Murphy was managing director and cohead of U.S. high-yield and leveraged loan capital markets at BAML; served as a managing director at JP Morgan; and worked in high-yield capital markets at Deutsche Bank. Murphy is a member of the Posse Foundation’s National advisory board.
