Gary Lee Ellis

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Medtronic, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota (medical technology) since May 2005. From 1999 to May 2005, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer of Medtronic. First elected to the Toro Board in 2006, he is the Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee.
