Mr. Henning has been a Director of the Company since July 2007. Mr. Henning served in various capacities with Ernst & Young from 1961 to 2000, including Deputy Chairman of Ernst & Young from December 1999 to October 2000 and Chief Executive Officer of Ernst & Young International from September 1993 to December 1999. Mr. Henning also serves on the Board of Directors of Omnicom Group, Inc., CTS Corporation and Highlands Acquisition Corp.
