Steve joined DuPont in 2017, bringing a track record for creating business value through IT and other global services. He currently leads an IT organization that enables business execution and growth, employee productivity, portfolio agility, and the protection of information assets. In addition, DuPont IT is growing a digital innovation practice as well as implementing the next-generation foundational ERP/data environment to support the company. Prior to joining DuPont, Steve held the role of CIO for Mars, Incorporated. He then became president of Mars Global Services, after designing and launching a cross-functional, leveraged services organization to achieve increased effectiveness and efficiency. He is the executive sponsor of the company’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, DuPont Pride, and is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science and applied mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany, and an MBA from Seton Hall University. He and his wife have four children and enjoy a variety of interests, including wine grape-growing and competitive horse show-jumping.
