Steven J Malcolm

Steven J. Malcolm Class I, Term Expires May 2008. Director since 2001. Mr. Malcolm was elected chief executive officer of Williams in January 2002 and chairman of the board in May 2002. He was elected president and chief operating officer of Williams in September 2001. Prior to that, he was an executive vice president of Williams since May 2001, president and chief executive officer of Williams Energy Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Williams, since December 1998 and the senior vice president and general manager of Williams Field Services Company, a subsidiary of Williams, since November 1994. Mr. Malcolm serves as a director of Williams Partners GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Partners L.P., and as a director Williams Pipeline GP LLC, the general partner of Williams Pipeline Partners L.P. Mr. Malcolm also serves on the boards of BOK Financial Corporation and Bank of Oklahoma N.A.
