William G. Lowrie Class III, Term Expires May 2010. Director since 2003. Mr. Lowrie is a retired deputy chief executive officer of BP Amoco PLC, where he spent his entire 33-year career holding various positions of increasing responsibility at Amoco. Mr. Lowrie also serves on the board of The Ohio State University Foundation.
